LOCATED BELOW, CONTAINS THE HISTORY

100 YEARS
THE CITIZENS OF WEST ORANGE ARE
HEREBY INSTRUCTED TO REOPEN THE
CAPSULE EVERY 25 YEARS TO
PERPETUATE OUR HISTORY
The next opening will be in 2012!
