This two-story brick building was constructed in 1920. A stone name/date plate is located on the upper wall which reads "19 WHITE 20".
The building is vacant and located in a run-down portion of town. The upper windows are paired, and are boarded up. The original storefront is also boarded up, with an overhead garage door added.
