USDA FS ROW Marker, Oregon - U.S. Benchmarks on Waymarking.com

The former Forest Service Bend Pine Nursery originally covered more than 300 acres. Most of that land has passed into the ownership of the Bend Parks and Recreation District while the Forest Service retained approximately 25 acres around the former Nursery buildings. The survey cap is set on a buried pipe at the SE corner of the 25 acres retained by the Forest Service. The cap was marked ROW 60 FT. and was set by LS 53270 for the Forest Service. This replaces the old 40 ft R/W marker that was WMB5T5.
