The dial of the clock face is mounted directly on to the building with no case around it. It looks as though there may have been a surround at some time but it is not there now. The face is painted a light blue with the hour, minute marks and hands in gold. The hours are marked with traditional Roman numerals and the minutes with individual tick marks.

There is a mesh protecting the clock and church wall from pigeons.
