North of Myrtle Beach is Apache Pier into the Atlantic Ocean. The pier is opearated as part of a RV campground complex.

A walk to the end of the pier will require a $1 fee (and $2 parking if you didn't come in from the beach). Can go a short distance to say that you were on it - and take the requisite photo for a visit.

Primarily used for fishing, with dozen lines seen hanging off the end this morning.
