The old Ramona Theater is located at 113 Broadway Ave. South. The original building at this location was remodeled into the Spanish Renaissance style Ramona Theater in 1927. The architect was Burton Morse and the theater had more than 600 seats. The building was placed on the National Register on December 22, 1976. Today the building is used by the El Cazador Mexican Restaurant.
