A US Army Corps of Engineers survey mark in downtown southeast Rochester, MN. The mark is on the south side of Fourth St. SE, on the east side of the bridge over the Zumbro River between Broadway and Third Ave SE. The mark is approx. 2.5 feet above the level of the sidewalk, and is a few inches to the south of the railing. This mark is not in the NGS database. Disk stampings include "5513B" and "1993".
