Just in time for Independence Day, this patriotic barn quilt is a striking pattern. It is one of two quilt blocks found on this farm, and is mounted above the door of a white barn almost hiding behind the silo. I’m not sure if it is a recent addition or if I just missed seeing it before. This attractive design is at the east end of the farm located on Hwy. 18 just east of Hartley.
