The Delta United Methodist Church originally known as the First Methodist Episcopal Church of Delta was built in 1910. The building is constructed of tan brick manufactured locally by the Delta Brick and Tile Company. The building was designed by Samuel A. Bullard of Bullard and Bullard, an Illinois architectural firm in a Tudor Revival style. The church suffered an extensive fire in November 1993 which destroyed much of the interior. The church was restored over the next two years. The church continues to serve its active congregation.
