This small Bakery is located on the east side of Colorado Springs 1 block east of Powers Blvd and on the north side of Carefree Circle in the Springs Ranch Shopping Center.

The Altitude Sweets Bakery is the only place in town to get a good Kolache. For those that don't know, this is a slightly sweet white yeast bread and filled with meat, egg & chees or sometimes a fruit filling.
Their mantra is: "Here at Altitude, we provide an alternative
to the heavy, mass-produced, preservative packed treats and bread."
"We believe in providing you with plain old-fashioned, healthful,
down-home goodness in everything we make fresh daily."
They are a little pricy but I have never been disappointed in their products. They do have two small tables in the front of the bakery so seating is limited to 8 people.
Operating Hours:
Monday - Closed
Tuesday thru Friday - 6:00 am to 7:00 pm
Saturday - 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
Sunday - 8:00 am to 3:30 pm
Sit down area - other food available: Coffee shop
