This nice example of a Flush Bracket is quite plain to see and is located on the SW side of the large 3 arch railway bridge that crosses Three Arch Road.
The OS website has this description:

Walk along Three Arch Road towards the hospital and you'll see it .6m of the ground just before you go under the bridge.
