The rainbow of colors on this abstract sculpture can be seen from clear across the river. It sits among the fragrant rose gardens and welcomes visitors entering the Des Moines Botanical Center. The stainless steel arcs sit on a concrete base surrounded by summer flowers. A plaque tells more about this work of art:
