These four “Birds in a Square” are nesting nicely over the door of the Arndt’s Barn in rural Sac City. This block is one of more than 55 barn quilts found in Sac County. It was painted by the Wall Lake View Auburn art students and can be found on 300th Street (D-46); it is listed as #10 on the Sac County Barn Quilt map.

We drove by this gorgeous barn quilt on our travels around Sac County looking for waymarks. The owner was out in the yard and was pleased to have us come closer to get some good photos.
