Now only a sound system (supposedly) provides the sound of running water in this former fountain.

Paying tribute to the early agricultural roots, this statue was once part of a fountain. In 2004, it was refurbished and placed in a dry setting as part of the city's efforts to xeriscape (dry climate/ low water us landscaping). The nearby sign tells you about the statue and its conversion in 2004. I have yet to hear the sound of water on the sound system that is supposedly here.
Setting: Outside

Place: library

Use: just a statue now
