The cemetery was established in 1895 and contains many historic graves. The City of Glendale, Arizona is currently in charge of the cemetery, which is still in use. Emily's is the only zinc tombstone in it. Her tombstone is in a section that is neatly marked with family plots and covered by gravel.
The tombstone is in good condition. It is small, one piece, with writing on both sides. The front side is her name and a picture of a cross and crown. The back side contains details of her life and death.
