Sean Ferguson was a student of Yukon High school, graduating in 2000. This park bench was provided to the park by Sean as part of his Eagle Scout Project.
This is a rough wooden slatted bench located alongside the walking trail. The trail is shaped like a boot, and the bench is at the north side, at the top of the boot.
The plaque on the bench reads:
"This park bench was constructed as an Eagle Project by Sean Ferguson with the assistance of Boy Scouts from Troop 306, Yukon, Oklahoma / For the citizens of Yukon."
