They offer thin and thick ramen noodles, and your choice of soup liquids: salt, shoyu, miso, and tonkotsu, each of which is also available in a spicy version. The default bowl comes with a slice of barbecued pork and half a boiled egg, but you can order several additional toppings such as vegetables, tofu, extra pork, kakuni pork belly, etc., for a dollar or two each. The basic bowl is $6.95.
They are open for lunch and dinner every day, but on weekdays they close in the middle of the afternoon. Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights they are open until 3 a.m. serving ramen and many other late-night snacks including curries and other hot entrees.
