I have driven past this old stonewalled graveyard several times. Today I found safe (with flashers on) parking on the north side of Center Square Rd. The graveyard appears to be a Johns family only site with approximately 80 headstones (most from the 19th century). The graveyard is badly overgrown with several animal holes where you wouldn't expect them (watch your step).
