This station, a U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey standard bench mark disk, is located in Epping, NH, near the West Epping section. The location is on Pleasant Street (NH Rt.27, formerly NH Rt.101). The mark is set in a concrete culvert headwall on the south side of the road, diagonally across the road southwest from a small cemetery, and northeast from a small concrete milepost bearing the inscription -22-.
