I guess the tattoo artists in the building this mural is painted on needed some artistic outlet so they painted a mural. The mural is about 12 feet tall and some 40 feet wide.
It is standard tattoo flavor being a mix of darker colors featuring a shaded dragon. If the mural is any indication of the capability of the artists then is a good parlor to go too for a new tattoo.
Note: I called the tattoo parlor and asked some questions about the mural. It was painted 10 years ago in 2001 but no one could remember the exact date it was done. The two artists who painted the mural were from Salt Lake City and worked part time at the parlor. No one remembered their real names but they went by Mokus and Sway.
