Coordinates take you to the corner of the building where you can see both signs. The sing on the north side of the building shines great and all the letters are lit. The sign on the west side of the building needs some TLC because its missing a few letters. You can see from my picture that this parking lot is really dark, next door to the place is a bar, won't take the wife and kids here at night.
