Very dim neon sign in a very dark parking lot.

At first I didn't think this was a neon sign but it is. The sign is neon covered with a thick white plastic layer. If you get close to the sign you can see the neon lights behind it. The plastic sheeting over the neon is probably why its so dim. If it wasn't for the nearby K-Mart lights this area would be totally dark.
