This memorial is placed adjacent to the east-most arch from the south aisle into the nave of this, for a small village, quite large church. It is small and made of pink marble. A small wooden shelf has been placed below it to hold the annually placed poppy wreath. Arranged above the tablet are two Union Flags, and below are two frames enclosing Rolls of Honour, one for 1914-5, the other for 1914-8.
The tablet is inscribed:
In Ever Loving Memory Of
Percy H.Adnitt. Ernest T.Cater.
John Allen. George Cheney.
Charles Allen. Walter C.Dunkley.
Frederick W.Bodily. Corp William Dunkley.
Oliver H.D.Bond.
Who Died in The Great War. 1914-1919.
