This station now seems to be operating, if at all, as a repair facility.
It is listed on the Historic US 40 website at (visit link) which indicates that it was once a Phillips 66 as well.
The style of the Sinclair building is of the 1950 Googie architecture. A similar Sinclair Station is still operating about a mile from this one on East Colfax (the former US 40) on the opposite side of the street.
