St Dunstans is located in Cheam Village (you can see the church for miles). Plenty of parking if you arrive that way and only 1k from the station, plenty of buses. Nonsuch Park is nearby. The benchmark is hidden away on the left hand side of the church, partially hidden by recycling bins. The Lumley Chapel is also in the church grounds and well worth a visit (check for opening times) and a Church Micro also starts here.
