I was more interested in the neon signage on the tattoo parlors that seem commonplace in this particular area. While the neighborhood appears somewhat seedy and there are a lot of panhandlers accosting everyone on the street, the studio appeared clean and well organized and the artists looked about like any other tattoo artist that I've seen. This studio gets mixed reviews from its clientele, from "best in Las Vegas" to "Expensive, amateur, and unprofessional". Like anything else, enter at your own risk!
