This fountain is situated in the royal park of the small town of Chachoengsao, which lies approximately 60kms to the east of Bangkok. The park is found near the centre of the town, opposite the provincial hall. The correct and full name of the park is: Suan Somdej Phra Sri Nakaring Chachoengsao. It is a major recreation facility.
The fountain consists of water jets situated along a rectangular canal, which surrounds the eastern section of the park. I visited the park in the late afternoon, when it would be expected that the fountains would be in operation, which they were. The jets are powerful, sending water streaming 10m or so into the air. The waymark was made at the eastern entrance to the park. Pleasantly attractive.
