The station, an NHDOT standard survey disk, is located in Hudson, NH. It is set in a ledge outcrop at the junction of Pelham Road and Bush Hill road. The NHDOT datasheet description is as follows:

THE STATION IS LOCATED IN HUDSON.TO REACH THE STATION FROM THE JUNCTION OF KIMBALL HILL ROAD AND STATE ROUTE 111 IN HUDSON, GO SOUTH FOR 0.5 MI ON KIMBALL HILL ROAD TO THE JUNCTION OF BUSH HILL ROAD. TURN RIGHT AND GO SOUTH FOR 0.8 MI ON BUSH HILL ROAD TO THE JUNCTION OF PELHAM ROAD, AND THE STATION ON THE RIGHT. THE STATION IS A STANDARD NHDOT DISK STAMPED -229 0290-, SET IN A 12-FT X 10-FT LEDGE OUTCROP 7.0 FT ABOVE THE ROAD. LOCATED 26.0 FT WEST FROM THE CENTER OF BUSH HILL ROAD, 100 FT NORTH FROM THE CENTER OF THE INTERSECTION OF PELHAM ROAD AND BUSH HILL ROAD, AND 92 FT NORTH FROM POWER POLE 41/50/3052/NETT/41.

This disk may be a replacement for USGS bench mark disk -2 ATA 199- which was set in the same general area in 1951, but wasn't found anytime afterward, and was presumed lost.

A green triangle was painted just below the mark and was the main reason I stopped to find this disk. A recent survey made my search a snap this time around. Maybe I'll find the USGS orphan someday.... if it really is out there.
