Max Fertig wurde am 04.08.1924 in Flensburg geboren. Er wohnte mit seinen Eltern u.a. in der Norderstrasse 145. Von Hamburg aus wurde er zusammen mit seinem Bruder Leo und seinen Eltern nach Polen deportiert und dort in einem Vernichtungslager umgebracht.
