Old Motz Barn Foundation & Farm Site




















This is the site of the old Motz Barn and Farm. This barn was in tact until the mid 1960s. Dances were held in the upstairs of the barn on one night a week for a while. Legendary Local Country and Western Singer and Square Dance Caller Tex Forman frequently was on site to make the evening complete. The barn was torn down in the early 1970s by a local builder who used the wood for siding projects.
