Tect/Zinols is a very small ski resort just a few steps outside the village of Bergün. The slopes are easy and can be overlooked fully from the lodge. It is mostly used by little children and absolute beginners, there are also often groups of handicapped people doing wheel chair skiing. It has a friendly and peaceful atmosphere, but if you are looking for something challenging for an experienced person better try somewhere else.
It has two platter lifts with a length of 300 and 800 meters and a small rope lift of about 50 meters for small children (this one is free of charge). On Thursday evening the slopes are lighted until 22:00.
There is a small lodge with self service hot and cold drinks and fast food called la Posina and it has two ski and snowboard schools.
The name of the area is just from the name of the two lifts. The smaller is Tect, the longer is Zinols. But there is no sign or label anywhere.
