Activities that the beach are good for are swimming - there is a lifeguard during the summer months, sunbathing, playing, walking, riding, crabbing from the cliffs to the north and south, and having a BBQ.
Cars aren't allowed on the beach, however there is allot of parking nearby on the area near the coordinates.
Dogs are allowed on the beach however they request you keep them on a lead and clean up after them. It is not a nudist beach, and the police may move you on if not properly 'covered up', although if you are attempting to bronze your back and lie on your front, they are forgiving.
There is a nearby Ice cream shack at 'the Fish and Chip bar' and there are toilets for women, men and handicap facilities nearby, it is signposted.
The beach is accessible at all time of the day & year and it is free access to the whole area.
