DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1962 4.9 MI SE FROM LAOTTO. ABOUT 3.2 MILES SOUTHERLY ALONG NO. 3 INDIANA HWY. FROM ITS INTERSECTION WITH NO. 205 INDIANA HWY. IN LAOTTO, THENCE 1.0 MILES EASTERLY ON SIMON ROAD TO T-JUNCTION WITH WEST ROAD, THENCE 0.4 MILE E AND NORTHERLY ON WEST ROAD, THENCE 0.3 MILE E ALONG FITCH ROAD TO RAILROAD CROSSING AND THE MARK, OR 0.9 MILE S ALONG NO. 27 U.S. HWY. FROM ITS CROSSING WITH A BRANCH LINE OF NEW YORK CENTRAL RAILROAD, THENCE 0.55 MILE WESTERLY ALONG SAID FITCH ROAD TO THE MARK, 46 FEET WNW OF WNW RAIL, 0.9 FOOT LOWER THAN SAME, 32 FEET N OF CENTER LINE OF FITCH ROAD, 13-1/2 FEET N OF A FENCE CORNER, ONE FOOT E OF THE R/W FENCE AND PROJECTING 0.3 FOOT.
