In 1581 bought aldermen of small town in Central Moravia - Loštice a house on town square. The house was rebuilt in Rennaisance style as a Town Hall. The Town Hall a few times burned out(1602, 1635 a 1658) was altered a long time. Total reconstruction was finished till in 1749. In 19th century was face of the building rebuilt in neo-Gothic style and probably in this time also the new clock were installed.
