St. Luke’s is the oldest brick church in Maryland with its original structure, built in 1732 at the cost of 140,000 pounds of tobacco. It is located at the intersection of Main Street and Church Lane in downtown Church Hill.

Both congregations of St. Luke's in Church Hill and St. Andrew's in Sudlersville are served with one Rector: The Rev. Nanese Hawthorne.
