The Mensdorff-Pouilly family bought Nectiny property in 1839 and left a rich architectonic heritage there: the chateau was rebuilt in neo-gothic style, the town hall in neo-baroque style and a funeral chapel of St. Theresa was built. They also founded the glassworks factory and two new villages. In 1945 the property was confiscated by the Czechoslovak state.
The alliance coat of arms reminds of the marriage of Alexander Graf von Mensdorff-Pouilly and Alexandrine von Dietrichstein in 1857.
