Started in 1993, Ruby River is a local chain of steakhouses with 4 locations in Utah and 1 in Reno, Nevada (that one ain't too local).

There are similar signs in three different locations in the complex. One is over the main restaurant entrance, another is on an arch over the west end of the walkway that leads east to the restaurant, and the third is on the rear of Mayan Adventure, facing the intersection at the southwest corner of the center.
