Dum postavil v roce 1564 primator mesta Rehor Smrcek. Pozdeji zde byl i hostinec U cerneho orla. Dnes zde sidli narodopisne muzeum.

House was built in 1564 by town mayor Rehor Smrcek (house is called after him). Later in house was tavern At the Black Eagle. Today here is ethnical museum.
