The chapel of St Helen near Bonhunt Farm was built in the 10th century. The grade 2 listed building is of flint and pebble construction with a thatched roof.

There are early records for the chapel that indicate that masses were held here for the soul of King John in 1216. By 1543 the chapel was abandoned. In 1918 the then owner of Bonhunt Farm restored the building.
