Located in the district now called Quartiere Coppede', so named by the architect, Gino Coppede', whom was commissioned in 1913 on a urban planning design that included 26 large buildings and 17 smaller residences.
The fountain is in Piazza Mincio. Known as the fountain of frogs, since there are four in the lower basin, and eight in the upper fountain.
