Positioned to the left of the main west door of this C14 church is a much older goblet-shaped font. It is C12 and has simple fleur-de-lis decoration. There is a modern font top, three layers of wood in octagonal form, given 'In Memory of Emily Preston, Who Loved and Served God In This Church. R.I.P.'
The font is raised on an elongated octagonal stone base.
Approximate Age of Artefact: 12 century.
