Tecumseh Cemetery is a large cemetery on the west side of Highway 18, between Shawnee and Tecumseh. It was established c.1879 by the Society of Friends (Quakers) when they came to this area to set up a mission to the local Indians.

There are several WOW markers in ths cemetery. The inscription on this one reads:
