This is the Lorenzbrunnen (Lorenz' Fountain) located in the Johannsergasse in Rottweil, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.
This fountain is made of red sandstone.
There's an small angel on top of the fountain which has been destroyed in 2008. Now it's only a copy of the original statue.
During winter the fountain is turned off like many fountains in Germany.
