This small monument and time capsule are adjacent to New Castle's City offices. The time capsule was moved to this location in approximately Winter 2006 (visit link)

Constructed of native stone and coal. This monument, standing in Centennial Park, honors those unselfish in giving to this community over the past 100 years.
