Williamsburg Methodist Church Cemetery is located in the historic community of Williamsburg, MS. Williamsburg was established in 1808 and made the county seat of Covington County in 1826. In 1899 the Gulf & Ship Island RR was built 2 miles East of Williamsburg drawing business and population away from the town.
This is an active churchyard cemetery with aprox 100 graves.
