A new centre on a (relatively) busy beach.

This is a small and new tourist centre, on Ochheuteal Beach, Sihanoukville. Snooky, as it is more easily pronounced, is the beach resort town of Cambodia. The beach (as in 2010) is rather bare, and bereft of facilities, but that is not necessarily a bad thing. Ochheuteal is not the main beach in Sihanoukville, but it is a pleasant and quiet spot in which to relax.
The tourist centre, while stuffed with booklets and posters, desks and office equipment was, to be frank, when I visited (October 2010), not yet entirely finished, nor entirely operational, however, I have no doubt that within a few weeks, before year end at the latest (just in time for 'high' season), its doors will be open.
