This is the Neptunbrunnen (Neptun's Fountain) located at the Marktplatz (market place) of Tübingen, Germany, Baden-Württemberg.
The fountain is in front of the city hall. Nearly every tourist takes a picture of the fountain together with the city hall.

The Neptun's Fountain was designed by Heinrich Schickhard in the 17th century.
