This station, a US Coast & Geodetic Survey standard bench mark disk stamped -H 27 1942-, is located in Manchester, NH. The mark is set in a ledge outcrop at the NE corner of Hanover Street and Broadway Avenue, 27.0 ft. N of Hanover St centerline, and 51.0 ft. E from the centerline of Hanover Ave. The NHDOT datasheet has the more up-to date description regarding go-to directions, whereas the NGS datasheet description only shows 1942 directions to the station, prior to Interstate Hwy 93 and Superhighway NH101. In spite of this, however, both datasheets prove adequate in terms of local intersection parameters.

According to the NHDOT datasheet, MY0444 is suitable for GPS.

The '27 group of stations (F27 thru Z27) followed the original NH State Route 101 from Manchester to Raymond.
