----- TENNESSEE - A Guide to the State (third printing 1949)

Established in 1894, this hatchery is one of the oldest run by the US Fish and Wildlife Service. Provides 15 million rainbow trout eggs for growth into fingerlings around the country, thus the capacity has greatly grown. Interesting stop in case you're the area.
