Never knew what these three rings meant until I spotted this category. I learned that these three rings on building wall tells that it's an Odd Fellow lodge. Lodge is actually 28th in Finland and named after Porvoo writer Johannes Linnankoski. Lodge have started in 16.10.1976.

IOOF came in Finland in 1925 and today there are 57 lodges totally.
